The People´s College system for the Philippines was discussed during the Asian - Pacific - Weeks 2013 in Berlin / Germany with H.E. the Vice President of the Philippines, Jejomar C. Binay, H.E. Ambassador Maria Natividad and H.E. the senator for economics, technology and science of the German capital Berlin, Cornelia Yzer.

TESDA (Technical Education and Skills Development Authority) director in the Philippines, Francisco Jucar Jr. and his team are fascinated about the impact, that the People´s College might have one day on „normal“ people in the Philippines and support this approach!

The Asian Development Bank (ADB), the country director for the Philippines Neeraj K. Jain and Norman LaRocque (both ADB) and the People´s College International e.V. share the same vision:
